When you submit a form on this site — a property submission, builder inquiry, or contact message — we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any property or business details you include, such as a property address, acreage, or markets of interest.

We also use Vercel Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

We use the information you submit to evaluate your property, respond to your inquiry, and communicate with you about opportunities that fit what you told us. That's it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as service providers handling data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy and security practices.

We keep submissions for as long as they're relevant to an active or potential transaction. If you'd like us to delete the information you submitted, or want to know what we have on file, email hello@grayridgegroup.com and we'll take care of it.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. This policy is effective as of July 6, 2026.
